Yes, BoxLap is committed to sustainability. We follow a make-on-demand approach, which helps minimize unnecessary CO2 emissions by avoiding mass production. Most of our components are produced in-house or sourced from local suppliers in Greece, reducing the carbon footprint associated with long-distance shipping. Additionally, our exercise modules are made from eco-friendly PLA material, further contributing to our environmentally conscious practices.

What’s the payment procedure?

Will I need additional equipment to use Boxlap?

Boxlap is designed as a complete training kit. You only need a screen with an HDMI connection to use the camera system.

What kind of screen is compatible with BoxLap?

BoxLap is compatible with any screen monitor that has an HDMI port. We recommend using a high-definition monitor for optimal visual feedback.

Is there a warranty or return policy for Boxlap?

Yes, Boxlap comes with a 2- year warranty covering defects in material or software under normal use during the warranty period. The full warranty policy is included in the product packaging.

What if my BoxLap kit is damaged during shipping?

If your BoxLap kit arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. Be sure to inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the packaging is severely damaged, we recommend refusing to accept the delivery. In this case, we will handle the issue with the courier and arrange to resend your kit. If the outer packaging looks fine but the kit itself is damaged, report the issue to us within 3 days of receiving the product, and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a solution based on the extent of the damage.

How do I return my BoxLap for replacement?

If your BoxLap kit is eligible for a warranty replacement, it should be shipped to our offices. Alternatively, you can discuss with our customer support team to arrange a pickup. In either case, please contact our customer support department first, and they will guide you through the return process and assist with all necessary arrangements.
